Cement and building material conveying is a single vessel, dense phase
pneumatic conveying.The system is designed to produce high material to air ratios and low conveying velocities for
cement conveying. TCement and building material comprises a small pressure vessel fitted with the unique valve vessel filling. The butterfly valve is the only moving part in the system and moves through 90° to a fully open unrestricted filling position. When closed,the valve is pneumatically sealed.
Cement conveying continuously cycles as often as necessary to meet the specified conveying rate. A pressure sensor determines when the cycle is complete and the air supply is turned off. The conveyor is then ready for re filling and a new conveying cycle proceeds. Some materials that are not suitable for
pneumatic conveying with large particle size, with high bulk density, and the extremely sticky materials, since they tend to build a coating on material contact surfaces and can eventually block the conveying line. It is very important that particles are fine enough and without big lumps the materials must be 90% smaller than 1mm for effective pneumatic conveying , and theconveying materials moisture must be lower than 5-4%.
